Associate Research Professor of Political Science
Garry Young's research covers a range of areas with emphasis on legislative institutions and public policy. His work appears or is forthcoming in the American Journal of Political Science, the British Journal of Political Science, the Journal of Politics, Political Research Quarterly, Legislative Studies Quarterly, and elsewhere. His current project addresses constituency-representative relations in five nations and is funded by the National Science Foundation. Professor Young is also Associate Director of the George Washington Institute of Public Policy.
