Caroline is a third year PhD student in International Relations and she is currently the Cadieux-Léger Fellow at Global Affairs Canada. Her research focuses on international organizations, specifically the relationship between international development organizations in the Global South and Global North. She has previously worked as an advisor to Canada's Chief Development Officer, as an evaluation analyst at Global Affairs Canada, and she has also worked in track II diplomacy and the non-profit sector.
