Caroline is a second year PhD student who is interested in the sociology of International Relations and studies Canadian and American foreign policy and the role of policy coherence, risk, and political rhetoric in shaping Canadian foreign policy. Prior to her PhD, she worked at Global Affairs Canada, doing evaluation in the Office of the Inspector General and in the Strategic Policy Branch, where she worked on program evaluation for Canada’s international development programs overseas.
