William Scott McGeary, BA, ’77, was inducted into the Arlington, VA Business Hall of Fame by the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. Director of State Public Policy for Washington Gas, he was elected secretary of the Arlington County Electoral Board.

Kathleen Grace Walsh, BA ’80, continues in the private practice of law. She is currently the president of the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Inn of Court and Board Member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.

Jay A. Rigdon, BA ’81, recently completed six years as a board member of the Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association. He is currently practicing law with the firm of Rockhill Pinnick LLP in Warsaw, IN.

Dominic (Mick) Angelichio, BA ’87, is the president of Judge Healthcare and has been a leader in the healthcare staffing and search business for over 30 years.

Christal Chacon, BA ’92, works for the Los Angeles Fire Department as an analyst.

Terrence Casey, PhD ’00, has been named the Alfred R. Schmidt Endowed Chair for Excellence in Teaching at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, IN.

Erik Bottcher, BA ’01, is chief of staff to the speaker of the New York City Council, Corey Johnson.

Jason B. Blank, BA ’02, a lawyer with Haber Blank, LLP in Fort Lauderdale, FL, was recently awarded the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s “Top 40 Under 40” award for lawyers in South Florida. He was also recently sworn in as the president of the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Michael Brier, BA ‘18, is currently attending Georgetown University in pursuit of a Master’s of Applied Intelligence. His goal is to become a policy analyst for the Department of Defense.
