Emily Schraudenbach is a fifth-year doctoral candidate. Her dissertation explores public provisioning for marginalized groups in democratic post-colonial contexts, specifically housing processes for migrant Roma in France and the U.K.. using interviews and a discursive analysis of local archives.
She previously received a B.A. in Political Science at Northwestern University and an M.A. in Comparative Politics and International Relations from George Washington University. She has also published projects on gender and status in the discipline of political science.
