Hannah is a PhD candidate focusing on international political economy, development finance, great power competition, and pharmaceutical intellectual property. She is particularly interested in the political economy of small-state agency amidst great power competition, with a regional focus on Southeast Asia. Her research has been published in the Review of International Political Economy and International Affairs.
She received an MSc in International Relations from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
