Müge Uğuz is a Ph.D. student majoring in Comparative Politics and minoring in Research Methods. Her current research interests include ethnicity, nationalism, and migration. Before starting the Ph.D. program in Washington, D.C., she worked for the International Organization for Migration (IOM) - U.N. Migration Turkey Office. She holds an M.A. in Nationalism Studies from Central European University, Vienna, Austria. She completed her B.A. at Bilkent University, Ankara, majoring in International Relations and minoring in Communication and Design. She worked at Radio Bilkent for over four years during her undergrad studies.
