Eric Lawrence is Chair and Associate Professor of Political Science. His research focuses on American politics, legislative politics, and public policy, and has been supported by a Brookings Research Fellowship and the National Science Foundation. His work has appeared in the American Journal of Political Science, British Journal of Political Science, Journal of Politics, Legislative Studies Quarterly, Perspectives on Politics, and elsewhere. He teaches undergraduate and doctoral courses on American politics, public policy, and research methods.
