Yat To, also known as Bosco, is a doctoral student in American politics, with an emphasis on political behavior and political representation. He is also interested in studying Asian American politics. He is originally from Hong Kong. Bosco received a B.A. with honors and distinction from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He worked in the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the European Institute for Asian Studies, and a couple of non-governmental organizations
