Yat To, also known as Bosco, is a PhD Candidate in American politics. His dissertation examines the role of national origin in Asian American politics. He is originally from Hong Kong. Bosco received a B.A. with honors and distinction from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. His work has appeared in American Politics Research, George Washington University Regulatory Studies Center and USAPP - American Politics and Policy - The London School of Economics and Political Science.
