Colin Emrich is a Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation Post-Graduate Fellow, having received his Ph.D. in Political Science in May 2021. His research focuses on the forces that shape politics and policymaking in American legislatures. This work has been published, or is forthcoming, at State Politics & Policy Quarterly, The Journal of Legislative Studies, and State and Local Government Review.
